Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of orders is not guaranteed. We will make efforts to accommodate such requests, but it may not be possible to do so before the shipment of the package.

This policy applies to all cancellation requests, regardless of the reason, and requests for changes in shipping addresses. Suppose a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. In that case, Strains-RX will not be responsible for providing a replacement, refund, or credit.

If we cannot cancel your order, you must return the unopened and undamaged product at your own cost to be eligible for a refund.

If an incorrect shipping address was provided by you during checkout, it is your responsibility to retrieve the package and return the unopened and unused product in its original condition to us to be eligible for a refund.
