REFUND POLICY STRAINS-RX.COM
For all refund issues about orders made via strains-rx.com, we encourage you to contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not process refunds for purchases made at independent retail locations. For purchases made at a retail location or through a website other than strains-rx.com, please contact the store or website where the purchase was made, as we have limited control over their handling of our products after shipment.
For purchases made on www.strains-rx.com, a refund may be available if notified within 10 (ten) days of delivery and there is an issue with the purchase. No returns or exchanges will be accepted if contact is not made within 10 (ten) days of delivery.
Although we are confident in the quality of our products, individual results may vary, and effectiveness cannot be used as a basis for a refund as the effects of cannabinoids vary among users.
In the event of a damaged or unusable product upon arrival or missing items in your shipment, please notify us immediately by calling us at (216) 318-3272 or by sending an email to email@example.com on the day of delivery.
The email must contain the following information:
- Your order number in the subject line (i.e., “DAMAGED PRODUCT – ORDER # (Insert your order number).”
- A description of the problem
- Photo of the product in question
- Photo of the box
- Photo of the packaging slip
Upon receipt of the necessary information, a decision will be made. The review process may take up to 5 business days and, in some cases, longer, depending on the issue. Failure to provide all relevant information may result in the automatic rejection of the request.
For valid exchanges due to broken or damaged products, the return shipping method will vary based on the ordered product(s) and available options. Usually, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label or reimburse you for shipping using USPS First-Class.
Please do not initiate shipping before discussing the details with us. If you choose to ship the product at a higher cost than what is available, the difference in shipping rates will be your responsibility.
Returns, if approved, may be subject to a restocking fee, and/or the shipping cost may not be refunded. The decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.
The right to refuse any refund for any reason is reserved. The right to refuse service or sales to any individual, business, or entity is also reserved.
